Becky Fiedler

I started my career in the title industry in 1985 working for Zapp Abstract. In 1996 I was hired by Heartland Title. My experience allows me to contribute in all areas of the business, with my main focus being commercial transactions. I am fortunate to work for a locally-owned company that appreciates its customers and its employees.

Dana Laudenbach

I have been working in the industry since 1993. In the 23 years that I have been in the industry, I have been involved in the production area which includes: abstracting, completing owners and encumbrance reports, and title examination. I also retrieve documents from various counties for closing and review documents for accuracy to be accepted for recording.

Patti Peterson

I started working in the title industry in 1991. I have over 25 years of experience, and I have worked various jobs within the industry. I started out as a receptionist and moved on to become a closing assistant. This transition played a big role in me becoming a Residential Real Estate Closer, which I have been for the past 20 years. I primarily do residential closings, however I have experience in commercial closings as well.

Shelly Muske

With a background in banking, I joined Heartland Title in 2001. Since joining the team, I have assisted in all aspects of the company. My primary duties are processing draws on residential and commercial construction loans, final file audits, and assisting with residential and commercial closings.
